On Friday 30th August, a revised planning application was submitted to Lambeth Borough Council.
The updated proposals include the removal of the 36 private car parking spaces in the basement which will allow for a bigger gym space. The internal layouts have also been revised, increasing the number of one and two bedroom homes within the existing buildings.
This brings the total to 443, 148 of which will be affordable (split 90 social / affordable rent and 58 shared ownership). The heights of the residential buildings will remain the same.
